1. You provide the GPS design team with the details of your packaging concept.  This can be as basic as a sketch on a napkin or as detailed as an AutoCAD drawing complete with design specifications.

2. GPS then works one-on-one with you to create a 3-dimensional sketch of your product using our state-of-the-art design software from SolidWorks®.

3. Once the design is approved we send your sketch to our In-House Prototyping Mill where with a click of a mouse your temporary production mould is created.  Within hours we are ready to produce high-quality sample parts, which you can use for in-depth analysis and test-run purposes.  This service is incredibly valuable because it enables you to gain important knowledge of how your product works within its specific application, prior to making critical decisions – all of this can be done within a week’s time and at a fraction of the cost of conventional prototyping methods.

4. With approval of the prototype we then transfer the project to our in-house tooling department where we apply precise detail to the design and create flawless production moulds for manufacturing your products.

5. In as a little as 3 to 4 weeks we have your new production moulds on one of our state-of-the-art thermoforming stations – complete with robotic stackers – where your parts are manufactured, then packed and prepared for shipment by our experienced production team.
